RETURN POLICY
No returns by mail or courier without RMA number. All shortages on this invoice must be reported within 14 days of receiving goods. 10% Restocking fee on returned merchandise within 30 days. No returns after 30 days. Goods accepted for return must be complete, in resellable condition and in original packaging. No returns on any operating system software, opened software, books, or open ink cartidges. All stock remains the property of Redwing Computers until paid for in full. Returned goods must be shipped back pre-paid with the RMA number clearly visable on the outside of the package.

SHIPPING POLICY
Redwing ships via Canada Post. In-stock goods will be shipped within one business day. If an item is out of stock we will notify you by email with an ETA date. Should the ETA date be unacceptable, notify us at Redwing and we will refund your payment and cancel the order.
